How to make a dream come true?

1.      Plan your business with an inventory of potential resources that are owned and not owned. Inventory of potential is very important to be done to measure the ability of your body and soul in starting a business. Why should calculate the potential that you do not have? Because the business is not always just use the resources we have it. It may be that most of the resources used came from outside parties. Therefore, do not need to be discouraged if you do not have anything. No need to give up if it possessed the potential resources are not balanced with your dreams.

2.      People always think that the main and decisive factor for starting a business is financial resources. It did have a point if the business has been developed in medium and large scale businesses that require movable and immovable assets as capital investment. You do not need to start with something big if you do not have the financial resources are balanced with a large scale. -You do not have to force yourself to instantly become entrepreneurs with the scale you are not yet capable from any side.

3.      Essentially, the biggest potential is in your own self. You should not hesitate to explore and utilize the power of the largest ever in your life. You must believe that you are able to start. You must convince yourself that you are able to manage the existing potential into opportunity. You must be confident and capable that you can change into profitable business opportunities. You have to start right now.

4.       Begin to calculate the potential of what you have:

a.       How big is your interest to the business? Interest in business is an important factor for starting a business. Interest is the seed of the spirit that can help deliver the dream. Without interest, the spirit will be weak. Interest can be raised if we study a success story. Study the success stories from various sources. Learn the success story can be easily done through internet access because of confidentiality and your privacy is guaranteed. Success story can also be obtained directly from existing business environment around us, information from various magazines and newspapers. Lessons learned from success stories can be used as a foundation of encouragement for entrepreneurs to start their business.

b.      How much support the family and your community? Family is the most important factor that will support your success. It is nonsense if someone says that your business is not affected family. Because you have to remember that the success and failure of your business will have an impact on the family. Because if you succeed, who would not enjoy yourself, but your whole family will enjoy. If you fail then the family will also feel the negative impacts. Bring all your family into your dream. Give a true and honest understanding that all for the family. Make sure your family and your community for support and encouragement.

c.       What skills do you have? Skills referred to here is, the skills to produce goods or services. Here, you must have a principle that not everything must be done alone. You should be able to convince yourself that in business it is necessary to human resource management. If you do not have sufficient skills, then you can recruit other people in your business. However keep in mind that you should not give up all your business affairs to others. You have to engage fully. Make the other person as your employee.

If you already have sufficient managerial skills and accustomed to managing an organization, then it will be a tremendous resource value. Leadership that you have will make it easier to regulate and determine the position of others in your business. With these capabilities, can also take as a complementary partner in meeting the shortage of resources you have. However, it must be remembered that, in cooperation with others in the form of partnership should begin with clarity of forms of cooperation. Furthermore, if there are already clear, had made a binding written agreement for both parties if there is a dispute in the future will be easy to resolve.
