People who have an entrepreneurial spirit is not required to become an entrepreneur, because the most important thing is to act and behave as an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurial spirit is required not only if a person becomes an entrepreneur. To be a leader in government-even necessary entrepreneurial spirit to be able to manage the system of government efficiently and effectively. Thus citizens obtain satisfaction for the service and build by the government. Therefore, if we see or deal with government that does not run well, most likely due to the inability of authorities to read the problems that occurred and is unable to find and create solutions for problems.
In addition to government officials, the entrepreneurial spirit needed by social workers and public servants. The importance of entrepreneurship for social workers is that job satisfaction of social services in communities served.
So in principle, the entrepreneurial spirit is important for all people whose jobs deal with and communicate with people. This aspect is often forgotten because they always assume that the entrepreneurial spirit is only needed by the businessman. This paradigm must begin to be changed fundamentally through the development-oriented education system in the development of the entrepreneurial spirit in each of their students. The paradigm should be inculcated from an early age students and not limited to vocational schools only.
The weakness is happening now is, every student from the start elementary school until university crammed with subjects that lead students to become employees and work on routine tasks that are not intended to address the challenges. In addition, the students are not educated to develop the challenges into opportunities, and make the opportunity as something that can be developed into reality.
Seems to be proposed to the Ministry of Education to eliminate some subjects that are not necessary and not essential, to later be replaced by the subject of entrepreneurship. The proposal directly to the Minister is something that is not possible by people like me because I was nothing. By writing here may be many people who read, so at some point will get to the front of his Majesty's Minister of National Education Republic of Indonesia.

Introduction
This paper is my own work as a reflection of my experience upside down and poor across the world of micro and small enterprises. This work is dedicated to anyone who needs information on how to start a business. I felt compelled to write a series of posts as currently a lot of questions directed at me. Generally candidates micro-entrepreneurs do not obtain clear information about how to start a business. Or micro-entrepreneurs who want to expand their business into a larger scale. If anything, should be bought with expensive price through business training.
