During the micro entrepreneurs, some of the lessons I learned about the characteristics and personality of an entrepreneur are as follows:
1. Having a strong spirit to envision the success of their business. It may be said, entrepreneurs are a dreamer, he always tried to realize a dream.
2. Dare to bear the risk of both the risk of failure and risk the success of the business they do.
3. Persistent and work hard. He always principled that only by working hard and persevering, the business will be able to grow far into the future.
4. Always enthusiastic and energetic in the face of challenges, to plan, initiate, build and develop the business that they do.
5. Have the principles and spirit of high self-confident. He always believed in living her efforts even though he was in a place that is still foreign to him. Yet he was also able to absorb and listen to other people's opinions. Opinions and suggestions of others who are more experienced in business can be a reference. However, usually not all suggestions and opinions in accordance with the business that is being developed, because the nature and developed business environment is not necessarily the same as anyone else.
6. Having the ability to communicate well so as to provide convenience for business partners or the environment.
7. Always confident and daring to try to develop new business
8. Able to understand the needs of others so serve as an opportunity for business.
9 Always work hard and not easily discouraged and give up any existing failures and obstacles in business.
10. Trying to improve his knowledge. A successful entrepreneur is never satisfied, he always felt less and less, so he is always challenged to be able to hone and improve their knowledge.
11. Having the ability to lead. At least be a leader for him in taking decisions relating to their business.
12. A reformer (innovator). He often thinks far ahead and are very creative in seeing a new business opportunity.
13. Having a strong dedication and transmit his dedication to every employee in the business environment.
14. Having a strong commitment to business development; to its employees, and its customers.
15. Loving the business he built and spread the seeds of love to everyone connected with his business so that the resulting products and services being loved and sought by everyone.
16. Pursue and ensure success. Success for him is not just financial benefits but also the inner satisfaction of success that has been done.
17. After successfully for new business, people who have the entrepreneurial spirit does not stop there. He will develop existing business again or try another business in addition to or immediately switch to another business if the previous attempt failed.
18. Always focus on his efforts that resulted in the ultimate satisfaction.
In my experience, everyone can become entrepreneurs, especially micro entrepreneurs. Everyone was allowed and able to become a successful entrepreneur, although the measure of success is different for each person.
My opinion on these characteristics may be different from what has been presented in textbooks or instructional materials in a variety of training. What is clear, below is my opinion that I summarize the experience so far.
